Mission RCD’s regular Board meetings are held on the third Monday of every other month (with some holiday exclusions) from 3:00–5:30 PM (Pacific Time) at 138 South Brandon Road, Fallbrook, CA 92028.

Board meetings are open to the public and are held in-person with virtual access (see the current agenda for Zoom and dial-in information). 

All meetings of the Mission RCD Board of Directors are open and public meetings, and are conducted in compliance with the Ralph M. Brown Act and applicable laws.
