Lisa Dibbell
Lisa manages Mission RCD’s pollinator habitat projects on public and working lands, an effort made possible through a block grant awarded by the California Association of Resource Conservation Districts (CARCD) and the Wildlife Conservation Board (WCB). Working closely with partner TEAM RCD, Lisa organizes outreach and educational events for the Water Efficiency Technical Assistance (WETA) program and assists with volunteer training and development at Cultivating Inclusion, a community garden in Murrieta. Lisa is certified as a Qualified Water Efficient Landscaper (QWEL) and learned organic horticulture working at a unique North County nursery for six years.
