Mia is originally from Phoenix, Arizona and moved to California for college. She recently graduated from CSUSM with a degree in Environmental Studies and Anthropology. Moving to California, Mia fell in love with the natural ecosystems of the area. She is an avid hiker, kayaker, paddle boarder, and loves to do these activities especially here in the Southern CA. Mia hopes to use her passion for the environment and people to promote healthy resource management for communities all around.
