Mission RCD organizes and facilitates roundtable events to help enhance communication and coordination with local organizations and address wildfire challenges and resource gaps in the North San Diego County region and to share lessons learned from previous wildfire events. These inclusive and ongoing discussions focus on developing collaborative solutions and securing resources for wildfire prevention, planning, mitigation, and recovery. Attendees include representatives from North County Fire District, San Diego County Farm Bureau, Santa Margarita Ecological Reserve, SANDAG, UCCE, Pala Band of Mission Indians, Fallbrook Firesafe Council, and the Fallbrook Chamber of Commerce, among others.
